Nova and Chevy II

Introduced in 1962, the Nova was the top model in the Chevy II lineup through to 1968. The Chevy II nameplate was dropped for 1969, Nova becoming the nameplate through to 1979 after which it was replaced by the Citation. The Nova SS models of the late ‘60s have become performance legends - beloved of street and drag racers alike for their light bodies and performance engines starting with 350 and on up to 396 cubic inches.
